Department of Justice-Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, & Firearms

Pathfinder is a prime contractor supporting the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, & Firearms with Acquisition Management Support Services. The Contractor shall provide the full range of ongoing expert advice and assistance to the Acquisitions staff including, but not limited to: consulting services; program development; market research; development, review, and finalization of contractual documents; training; contract administration; and contract management. Focus areas will include, but not be limited to: performance measurement and metrics; process improvement and standardization; contract lead-time reduction; acquisition workforce development; and day-to-day assistance to acquisitions personnel needed to successfully perform their daily work. The objective of this contract is to provide high quality, professional, acquisition management support services that reflect an expertise in the fields of federal contract policy/compliance and operations.

Department of Veterans Affairs-Office of Construction and Facilities Management FOIA Support Services

Pathfinder is a prime contractor supporting the VA Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM) with FOIA Support Services. The FOIA Support Services contractor personnel will also be expected to draft professional memoranda for Senior Leadership, track individual actions, and assist CFM in other administrative functions as needed. The interaction for this task will be completed at the Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) in Washington, D.C. After collecting sufficient background materials and evidence, the FOIA Support Services contractor personnel will identify and compile correspondences, draft formal, professional memos, letters, responses and other documents associated with timely adjudication of each action. The FOIA Support Services contractor personnel will assist staff in identifying essential elements, inconsistencies, possible courses of action, mid other associated tasks. The final product will vary based on each FOIA case, and may include, not be limited to: redacting documents, tracking spreadsheets, compiling memoranda requesting information, or describing other CFM issues, as required, that relate to the processing of FOIA materials.

Department of Interior- Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE)

Pathfinder is a prime contractor supporting the DOI BSEE with Information Collection Requests. The Contractor shall provide professional and efficient information collection services to support the BOEM. The Contractor shall work with the OPRA, BOEM ICCO, as well as regional and headquarter staff to ensure that information collection activities adhere to the requirements of the PRA and other applicable legislation and OMB directives.

Securities & Exchange Commission-Office of Human Resources

Pathfinder is a prime contractor supporting the Office of Human Resources (OHR) with Operational Support Administrators. The contractor shall provide Contractor Personnel (CP) to provide programmatic support to the Office of Human Resources in response to workload surges to ensure consistent, quality delivery of HR products and services to SEC customers and various stakeholders. This support may be in one or more labor duty categories of the following program areas, but not limited to: •Program Management Office, including project management, program management and reporting. •Business Management Office, including marketing and communications, HR budgeting, contracting, policy, human capital strategy and accountability

Department of Veterans Affairs-Office of Construction and Facilities Management Facility Condition Assessments (FCA) Support Services

Pathfinder is a prime contractor supporting the VA Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM) with Facility Condition Assessments (FCA) Support Services. The Technical Assistant will function as an aid to the government and contracted staff of Operations Support Service within the Office of Construction and Facilities Management.

Department of Interior- Fish & Wildlife Service (FWS)

Pathfinder is a prime contractor supporting the DOI FWS with Change Management Services. Our personnel has experience working with managing major changes to provide change management consulting expertise.

GSA MOBIS - Schedule 874

Pathfinder has recently been awarded MOBIS-Schedule 874 for SINs 874-1 Consulting Services, 874-6 Acquisition Management Services and 874-7 Program and Project Management. As a MOBIS contractor, we possess the necessary expertise to facilitate how the federal government responds to a continuous stream of new mandates of evolutionary influence such as the President's Management Agenda; Government Performance and Results Act; Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act; OMB Circular A-76; Federal Activities Inventory Reform Act; and government reinvention initiatives such as benchmarking and streamlining.

Alliant Small Business Government Wide Acquisition Contract - GWAC (Subcontractor)

Alliant Small Business, GSA's premier small business set-aside GWAC, provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of industry partners. With a $15 billion program ceiling and a five-year base period with one five-year option, Alliant Small Business allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements while strengthening opportunities for small businesses.

Temporary Administrative Support and Clerical Occupation (TASCO) Services (Subcontractor)

Pathfinder is a subcontractor to teaming partner, Golden Key Group, for this non-personal services requirement is for routine, non-complex temporary administrative support and clerical occupation services to meet the increasing demands currently being experienced by VA facilities within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).

CACI for Veterans Affairs T-4 IDIQ

Pathfinder is a subcontractor to CACI providing support on a contract to the Department Veterans Affairs, Office of Information Technology (OIT).

ASM Research for Veterans Affairs T-4 IDIQ

Pathfinder is a subcontractor to ASM Research on the T-4 IDIQ.

Tactical Project Management Support Services (TPMSS)

Pathfinder is a prime contract holder of this IDIQ type contract related to improving project management of systems, software development efforts and other major efforts at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Pathfinder is currently tasked by the Veterans Benefit Administration (VBA) to support Compensation Services and a major new initiative to serve the growing pool of talented, new Veterans seeking opportunities. This multiyear IDIQ was awarded competitively.

T4 (Subcontractor)

Major systems efforts form one of the backbones of an agency’s transformation and Pathfinder is available through this VA-specific IDIQ to support strategic planning, requirements analyses and definition, concept designs and architecture models. Pathfinder also offers program management supports that can help at the initial stages of the highly AGILE efforts, including deployment management support, implementation management support and training.

SPECTRUM (Subcontractor)

Program excellence is the key to an agency’s transformation and this VA-specific IDIQ provides services in support of any area of the Department and VBA. Pathfinder is available to provide program management competencies, strategic and tactical planning expertise, and other administrative and technical and special support for agency tasks.

Navy Seaport-e

Pathfinder Consultants provides the Seaport-e contracting vehicle to our federal customers as a way to procure our exceptional professional services and management consulting on pre-negotiated and approved terms. The NAVSEA enterprise has awarded multiple Indefinite Delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts for a wide range of engineering, technical, and programmatic services and solutions for NAVSEA Warfare Centers, NAVSEA Headquarters, its PEOs, and field activities. SeaPort-e furthers the Navy's Seapower 21 objective to increase efficiency, and allows for tailoring services according to the needs of geographically-dispersed organizations with significantly diverse product area requirements and missions. Army OPETS IDIQ Award (Subcontractor)

OMNIBUS PROGRAM, ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT (OPETS) will draw on a Xcelerate Solutions team that includes Pathfinder's strong background in program and project management to assist the Chemical and Biological Defense Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO, CBD). This multiple award IDIQ is established in part to gain business and analytic support to help JPEO to accomplish total life cycle support. This Office serves all of DOD and both OCONUS and CONUS partners.

FAA e-FAST

Pathfinder has recently been added to eFAST, the FAA's preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling Agency Small Business goals. eFast is a multi-year MOA program offering broad technical scope, many contract and award types, and a wide array of labor categories with fixed ceiling rates.

DoD Analytic & Technical Support Services (ATSS)

Pathfinder is a Subcontractor to CACI supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) Electronic Warfare (EW) and Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Support for Analytic & Technical Support Services (ATSS). The contract provides acquisition management and technical analysis and subject matter expert support services as well as technical and program management support in analysis of missions, program goals, program and technology evaluations and effectiveness analysis for Department of Defense EW and IAMD mission areas, capabilities, and support in performance of this effort and conduct special studies and analyses in EW and IAMD as required.

Department of Veterans Affairs - Enterprise Health Benefits Determination Software Technical Refresh

Pathfinder is a Subcontractor to CSRA providing IT Support Services on a contract to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information Technology (OIT).

Environmental Protection Agency - Appropriations Training Services

Pathfinder is a prime contractor supporting the Office of Emergency Management (OEM) with Appropriations Training Services.
