Kareisa received her Master of Science degree in “Strategic Leadership Towards Sustainability†from Blekinge Institute of Technology in Karlskrona, Sweden. Her thesis, “Addressing the Barriers to Regional Electric Vehicle Projects through Stakeholder Engagement†discussed how the engagement of stakeholders can act as a strategic point of intervention to address the barriers and facilitate the regional market introduction of the technology. A process was therefore developed to help project management in the pre-project planning phase to address the key challenges to engagement that are commonly experienced on electric vehicle projects. In addition to her Master’s, Kareisa also received her Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Business, and Finance from Penn State University.
